Sufficiently proficient in English to successfully interact in an English-speaking environment;

full-time Tertiary Student
Post-secondary students enrolled in and actively pursuing a degree (bachelor's degree, associate degree, diploma or master's degree) or other full-time course of study at an accredited classroom-based institution.

2.0 G.P.A & Above
Post-secondary students enrolled in and actively pursuing a degree must attain a G.P.A of 2.0 or above.

Semester Completed
Participants must be doing a minimum of 12 credits per semester.

Online Application and Fee Payment
Visit our website and access the online application form. Complete the application form with all the required information. Proceed to pay the registration fee at the JN Bank A/C# 209 434 5274 Swat Productions Ltd. If you make the payment at the bank, make sure to obtain a copy of the receipt. For bank payments, request the YELLOW receipt and ensure your name is printed on it.
Registration on the Students' Portal
Once your payment is made, go to the students' portal on our website. Register yourself on the students' portal using the provided registration credentials. Log in to the portal using your registered credentials.
Document Submission
Gather all the required supporting documents mentioned below: Transcript: A stamped transcript from the second semester of the current school year. It can be either official or unofficial as long as it is stamped by the school. The overall GPA should be provided, not the semester GPA. Passport: Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months after the DS (program) end date. School ID: Provide a valid school ID that is applicable for the current period. Photo: Upload a passport-sized photo in jpg format. Status Letter: Obtain a letter stating that you are fully registered for the current school year. You have two options for document submission: a. Upload the documents yourself on the students' portal. b. Visit our office and submit the documents in person, allowing us to upload them on your behalf. Make sure to provide all the documents together.
Application Completion
Once you have successfully uploaded or submitted the required documents, our team will review your application. You will receive a confirmation or acknowledgment of your application completion via the students' portal or through email. If any additional information or documents are required, we will inform you accordingly. Stay updated through the students' portal or email for further communication regarding your application status.

- Register yourself on the students' portal using the provided registration credentials.

- Participants should wait up to two business days for the portal to be activated.

- Upload: Upload the documents yourself on the students’ portal.
- In-person submission: Visit our office and submit the documents for us to upload on your behalf. Ensure all documents are provided together.
- Transcript: Stamped transcript from the second semester of the current school year (official or unofficial, stamped by the school) with overall GPA.
- School ID: Valid school ID applicable for the current period.
- Passport: Valid passport for at least six (6) months after the program end date.
- Photo: Passport-sized photo in jpg format.
- Status Letter: Letter confirming full registration for the current school year.
- Once you have successfully uploaded or submitted the required documents, our team will review your application.
- You will receive a confirmation or acknowledgment of your application completion via the students' portal or through email.
- If any additional information or documents are required, we will inform you accordingly.

Is there an age limit?
Yes, the age limit is 18-30
Can I stay with relatives?
Housing is generally pre-arranged and comes with the Job Placement. On very few occasions, the pre-arranged housing might not be mandatory for the applicant, and they may choose to stay with relatives if they have family living within that same area. This however doesn’t happen often.
How Long Do I Get To Work For?
The program duration runs from May 5th – September 7th. You may work anytime during these dates. Your program however cannot be less than 90 days
If I already have a visa, do I need another one?
Certainly. The visa you may already have is classified as a visitors’ visa. A B1/B2 Visa. Students are not legally able to work on such visas. The program however helps you to gain a J-1 Work Visa, which allows you to legally work for the summer
What is your refund policy if my visa application is denied?
The refund amount issued will depend on the applicable cancellation fees based on which of the departments you are placed in. Cancellation fees are outlined in your contract and can be further clarified by your department Representative
How much will I pay for rent
Cost of rent varies on the State you are going to live in, the type of housing and amenities provided and is usually outlined in your Job Offer. Rem may vary anywhere between $70 weekly to over $500 monthly.
Are we allowed to have more than one job?
Certainly. There is no restriction on how many jobs you can work. However your job from the agency is your primary job and must take precedence over any additional job you take.
